The hotel is in a convenient location very close to the beach and local shops. The room I had was spacious, and the hot showers were especially welcome after my surf lessons. I found the ladies at the reception, Marissa and Caroline, to be the best. They were genuinely nice and very helpful, checking the bus timetable for my trip to the airport..
I found that the hotel is very run down. I noticed watermarks on the ceilings, which suggested leaks, and the carpets looked quite worn throughout. There was no parking available unless I reserved a space at the front, so I needed to park in a nearby car park which cost extra. I also noticed a strange smell upon entering the lobby..

the location was opposite the beach. there was handy access to trains, buses and shops. my room included a very comfortable bed and easily usable shower.
the window didnt fully close so it was very noisy.
